¯Chicken barbecue — ready for pick up from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, at the fire station on West Specht Street, McClure. Homemade baked beans and macaroni salad will also be available. ¯Roast turkey dinner — 4-7 p.m., Nov. 3, First United Methodist Church. Cost: Adults, $8; children ages 6-11, $3.50; children age 5 and younger eat free. Tickets are available at the church office from 8 a.m. to noon, or by calling 248-4618 to reserve them. The dinner is advanced tickets only.

¯Longaberger/Vera Bradley bingo — doors open at 5:30 p.m., bingo at 6:30 p.m., Nov. 4, St. John’s Lutheran Church, Belleville. Tickets can be purchased in advance. Cost: advance tickets, $20; at-the-door tickets, $25. To reserve tickets, call 935-2959.
