Man faces rape charges
HUNTINGDON – A Huntingdon County man is being charged with the rapes of two Huntingdon County women, according to a report issued by Pennsylvania State Police Huntingdon.
According to police, on multiple occasions between June 1 and June 30, Darcy Lynn Fleck, 45, took a 19-year-old female to 11086 Fairgrounds Road, Walker Township, Huntingdon County, and forced the female to have intercourse. The female reported assaults would occur three to four times per week.
According to police, Fleck also took a 23-year-old female to 11086 Fairgrounds Road, Walker Township, Huntingdon County, between May 1, 2006 and Nov. 1, 2012, and attempted to force the female to have intercourse. The female reported these assaults occurred five times a week.
According to the report, Fleck has been charged with 2028 counts of rape, 2028 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, 2028 counts of sexual assault, 2028, counts of aggravated indecent assault, 468 counts of incest, 1248 counts of corruption of minors and 2028 counts of indecent assault as a result of incidents with the two victims.
According to the report, Fleck was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge Douglas L. Gummo, who denied bail.
According to the report, Fleck is currently housed in the Huntingdon County Jail.
