Board approves new business items
MIFFLINBURG – The Juniata County Commissioners held a brief meeting Tuesday in Mifflintown.
The board approved the following business items:
The use of the County Records Improvement Fund to purchase one Dell Optiplex 3020 computer system for the maintenance department. The replacement will cost $1,131.96.
The purchase request was submitted by Richard R. Fisher, maintenance director.
The execution of an Emergency Management Performance Grant for fiscal year 2014, submitted by Allen Weaver, emergency services director.
Checks Nos. 40,858 through 40,909 in the amount of $43,817.23.
