Police seek Landschoot after issuing warrant for arrest

MARYSVILLE -Pennsylvania State Police Newport are seeking the whereabouts of Stephen Landschoot, 23, of Marysville, after issuing a warrant for his arrest through Magisterial District Judge Daniel R. L. McGuire’s office.

According to the report, Landschoot is wanted for aggravated assault in connection with an incident that occurred on Feb. 2 in Rye Township, Perry County. Police said Landschoot pulled a gun on Theodore Henry, 24, of Harrisburg, while both men were at Landshoot’s apartment, located at 1321 Flowers Lane.

Police said Landschoot also shot several rounds into an interior wall while others were present.

According to the report, an argument began about an hour later and Landschoot forced a pistol into Henry’s mouth and threatened to kill him, which injured Henry.
