National Weather Service issues winter weather advisory

LEWISTOWN – The National Weather Service in State College has issued a Winter Weather advisory starting at 9 p.m. tonight, until 4 p.m. Saturday.
The NWS says the upcoming storm is predicted to affect those south of interstate 80 the most, however all of south-central Pennsylvania will be affected. Accumulations are expected to be between two and four inches of snow, but due to the windy conditions being predicted, the totals will vary by location. Winds are predicted to be anywhere from five to 15 mph, with gusts up to 25 mph.
The NWS said to use caution if traveling, as visibility could be less than a mile at times.
