NEWPORT – A Duncannon woman allegedly threatened police with a knife at 6:56 p.m. on Oct. 5, according to a report from Pennsylvania State Police Newport.

Police said when officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at 8B Suzanne Drive in Penn Township, they entered the apartment and found Casey Flanagan, 49, who grabbed a knife from the kitchen and came toward the troopers.
