“Our physicians and staff at J.C. Blair have been working diligently with the PinnacleHealth CardioVascular Institute, the architect and construction company since last fall to bring this much needed, high quality service to our community,” said Adam Dimm, J.C. Blair’s chief operating officer. “We can’t wait to showcase this new lab to our community, and to let everyone know that the next time someone in our area needs this life-saving service, we are here for them.”

PinnacleHealth’s nationally accredited CardioVascular Institute has been instrumental in bringing this new level of cardiac care to J.C. Blair. PinnacleHealth CardioVascular Institute provided more than $800,000 in equipment and many hours of on-site staff training for J.C. Blair nurses and technicians.

Corazon, Inc., a specialized cardiac catheterization consulting firm, has been working with and advising a number of committees at J.C. Blair in preparation for the accreditation and opening of the new lab.

The lab was designed by JPT Architects from State College and constructed by Alexander Building Construction of Harrisburg.

Tours will also include a look at the new Endoscopy Suite at J.C. Blair.
