LEWISTOWN — Customers can make one stop for all of their vehicle needs at the new Pit Stop Auto Shop in Lewistown.

Owners Harley Fisher, John Dunn and Lacey Frankhouser, offer worry free auto repair for all makes and models, foreign and domestic.

The new auto shop provides services from an oil change to a complete engine rebuild. Services also include, but are not limited to, new transmissions, body work, lifts, installation of audio systems and soon the shop will be an official inspection station.

“There’s not a lot we can’t do,” Dunn said.

Fisher and Dunn wanted to open their own business to fulfill their passion of working on vehicles. Since graduating from what is now known as the Mifflin County Academy of Science and Technology, the two men have been involved in the auto industry. Now they have the chance to do something they love to do every day.

Dunn welcomes anyone to stop by for “the lowest price guaranteed” and to see the projects they are working on, including turning a Volkswagen Jetta into a four-wheel drive vehicle.

The shop is located at 146 Kish Pike, Suite G, in Lewistown. The hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

For more information, call 953-4105, 348-9273 or 994-5448, email at or visit the shop’s Facebook page. Frankhouser said they will respond promptly to all questions.
