Reavey appointed director of central Pa. USGBC chapter

HARRISBURG – Eileen Reavey has been named executive director of the United States Green Building Council’s Central Pennsylvania Chapter.

She previously served as both expansion director and program director for a national nonprofit focused on sustainability in higher education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in environmental science and public policy from York College of Pennsylvania, where she was heavily involved in sustainability initiatives both on and off campus.

The mission of the USGBC Central Pennsylvania Chapter is to promote environmentally responsible design, planning, construction and operation of the built environment through education, outreach and networking.
