Area banker appointed to state committee
BELLEVILLE – Seth Napikoski, commercial relationship manager at Kish Bank in Belleville, has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Agriculture and Rural Issues Advisory Committee. The committee communicates information to PBA banks about external agriculture and rural issues. It also responds to legislation related to agriculture and recommends continuing education programs on these issues for bankers.
Napi-koski will serve a three-year term starting July 1. He was hired in February 2011 by Kish Bank as a credit analyst and promoted to commercial relationship manager in April 2013,where his primary responsibilities are commercial and agricultural lending.
The Pennsylvania Bankers Association, located in Harrisburg, is a banking trade association representing an expansive and diverse membership. The Association offers extensive continuing education programs, government relations representation on behalf of the industry and provides numerous products and services for banks and their employees.
