Becky Hengst, of Thompsontown, and Nick Hess, of McClure, were married on Aug. 31, 2013, at Laurel Rock Farm.
The bride is the daughter of Rita Lentz, of Thompsontown, and Mike and Lauren Hengst, of Harrisburg. The groom is the son of Betty and Mike Snook and Jeff Hess and companion Doreen Silks, all of McClure.
Lois Hengst, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Tara Welsh was matron of honor.
The best men were Shawn Aitkins and Shane Habbershon.
Bridesmaids were Kristy Crosson, cousin of the groom, and Amber Erdly.
The flower girl was Lilly Crosson, cousin of the groom.
Ushers were Cody Hess and Nathan Hess, brothers of the groom.
The ring bearer was Brody Williams, cousin of the groom.
The Rev. Terry Smith performed the ceremony.
A reception followed at Laurel Rock Farm.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of East Juniata High School and a 2009 graduate of Harisburg Area Community College. She is a certified medical assistant and is pursing a degree as a registered nurse.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Indian Valley High School. He is employed at Conestoga Wood Specialties.
Following a wedding trip to the Poconos, the couple resides in McClure
